What is an SSL certificate?

SSL encrypts traffic between your website and visitors and shows the padlock in the browser. For hosting clients, we install and renew certificates automatically.

My website is down. What should I do?

  1. Try opening the site on another device or network, such as your phone on cellular data.
  2. Clear your browser cache or try a private window.
  3. If it is still down, submit a ticket or call us with the website address and the error you see.

Is my website backed up?

Hosting plans include regular backups. If something is changed or deleted by mistake, submit a ticket with the date the site was last correct.

Can you help with my domain and email records?

Yes. We can manage DNS records for your website and email. Tell us where your domain is registered and we will guide you through access.
