Getting started with XaaS Techs Texter
XaaS Techs Texter is our business texting platform for bulk campaigns and real-time customer conversations. Here is how to sign in and find your way around.

Sign in
- Open the Texter web address provided by XaaS Techs in any modern browser.
- Enter your username and password and click Sign In.
- Forgot your password? Click Reset Password on the sign-in page, or Contact Admin if you need help.
Your dashboard
The dashboard updates automatically and shows:
- Total, active and inactive contacts
- Total messages sent and received
- Recent message activity and delivery status
- Unread conversations, with the number of unread messages for each
- Quick actions for Send SMS, Bulk Campaign, Chat Center and Settings
Main menu
- Contact Directory: view, add and manage contacts
- Chat View: real-time two-way conversations
- Send SMS: send a single text
- Bulk Campaign: CSV upload, live database campaigns and scheduled campaigns
- Tools: user profile, configuration, delivery reports and incoming call greeting
Texter works in your browser on computers, tablets and phones. Bookmark it for quick access.
