Schedule a bulk SMS campaign to your contacts
Send one message to all active contacts in your directory, right away or at a scheduled time, with live progress tracking.
Before you start
Open Bulk Campaign, then Database Bulk SMS (Live) / Scheduled DB Campaign. The summary at the top shows total, valid and inactive contacts, plus any duplicates or invalid numbers that will be handled automatically.
Schedule the campaign
- Type your message in the SMS Campaign Body box.
- Set the Schedule Delay in minutes, how long from now the campaign should start. The screen shows the exact send time.
- Review the message preview and the number of contacts it will reach.
- Click the Schedule Campaign button.
Track progress
Scheduled Queue & Status lists each campaign with its batch ID, message preview, countdown, progress and status. The background scheduler sends messages in batches automatically.
- Only active contacts receive the campaign; opted-out contacts are skipped
- Duplicate numbers receive one message
- Invalid numbers are excluded
Send times follow the server time zone shown on the screen (Pacific Time).
Check the message and the contact count carefully before scheduling. Once sending starts, messages cannot be recalled.
